In recent five years, the lab has admitted 33 post-doctor candidates, and cultivated 24 post-doctors, 40 PhDs, 680 masters, 58 International joint training postgraduates, and more than 900 undergraduates.

Among all the graduates, one becomes an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and some grow to National High-level Talents, winners of National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholar, winners of National Science Foundation for Excellent Youth, New Century Talents by Ministry of Education, National Celebrity Teachers, and Humboldt Scholars in Germany. Some graduates now hold influential are now holding important positions in government, big enterprises and major research institutions.
