On May 19, the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government held the Shanghai Science and Technology Awards Conference in the central hall of the Shanghai Exhibition Center to highlight and recognize the researchers in scientific and technological fields who made outstanding contributions to Shanghai's science and technology innovation as well as economic and social development in 2019. A total of 4 research outputs from the Laboratory received the awards, namely:
The project Real-time Oil Quality Characterization and Online Blending Optimization Control Technology led by Academician Qian Feng won the first prize of the Shanghai Technological Invention Award;
The project Key Technologies and Systems for Smart Manufacturing of Large-scale Refining Processes led by Professor Zhong Weimin won the first prize of the Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress Award;
The project Collaborative Analysis and Control of the Network-based Coupling Dynamic System led by Professor Tang Yang won the first prize of the Shanghai Natural Science Award;
The project Multi-source Information Estimation Theory and Resource Optimization Methods for Complex Environment led by Professor Yang Wen won the second prize of Shanghai Natural Science Award.
