题目：Semi-supervised data modeling and analytics in the process industry
摘要：In this presentation, semi-supervised data modeling and applications in the process industry are introduced. First, the semi-supervised data structure is introduced, including the causes of semi-supervised data structure, the main feature of the semi-supervised data, and its effect on data modeling and applications in the process industry. Second, detailed research statuses on semi-supervised data modeling and applications in the process industry are illustrated, with introductions of some representative approaches. Third, several main research challenges on modeling and application of semi-supervised data are discussed and highlighted for future research.
简介：Dr. Zhiqiang Ge received his B.Eng. degree and Ph.D. degree in Department of Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He was a Research Associate in Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, HKUST during 2010.7 and 2011.12. Between 2013.1 and 2013.5, Dr. Ge was a Visiting Professor of Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, University of Alberta, Canada. He was an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow between 2014.11 and 2016.04 at University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. Dr. Ge’s research interests are in the general areas of data mining, modeling and analytics in industrial processes, with emphases on process monitoring and fault classification, soft sensing, KPI prediction and diagnosis, and big data applications.
